i think the back pack dave is talking about is a window cleaning warehouse one, and the shurflo ones from the usa are on ebay and i think they are £125 each incl shipping but if they are stopped by customs you willl have to pay the import tax.

I considered buying it, but I went with a shurflo after all, you can't order spares for the wcw one, and you can for the shurflo. I think £94 for something that doesn't last as long as a shurflo (let's face it, things need to be replaced) is a bit dear. I've got my shurflo from eBay USA, which was £125 or something, only a bit more, but the peace of mind that you change out the pump.

Also different flow settings is what I wanted, which you can do of course with a tap valve, but I don't like that.

i use a 24 ft pole but i would imagine it would work higher , the other bits i needed were hosetail adaptor , microbore to hoselock adaptor and a hoselock connector all my poles have flow control valves fitted so i didnt need to get one of them , they are worth the money and after 1 days use mine as paid for itself .

it might be in my interest to buy another shurflo backpack,  if there was spare parts for the wcw backpack, i might have bought one,

Oh that sucks then, in the beginning people said you can't get spares! One of the biggest reasons I went with the Shurflo.  :-\
