ok iam renting 66 houses to a fellow cleaner( first step to empolying already after 3 weeks)....he does his own books so it cuts down on the hassle for me....
anyway it brings in about 300 per 4 weekly clean,how much rent would you want for that amount of work.. thanks david

£300  4 weekly for 66 properties = £4.50 per property....Rent??? you'd be lucky to give it away m8.
