[easy clean]

it's about time i put my round in it's proper order instead of having different house numbers but same street not in numeric order, if this makes sense.

i know how to go into round order but the only way i can do it is by highlighting the house move it up the list to top, then using aroow to move the whole list so house is now at the bottom of list, then highlighting house again and moving it up, it's taking ages especially as i have over 500 houses.

can anybody help please?

Mate, it won't take ages.... a while but not ages.... and it's worth it in the long run.
Sit down with a nice cuppa, and a bar of choccy.... and click away....it will be over in no time

I use Window Calendar.
it is so easy, just make each job an appointment then enter the frequency, it plots it out forever.
I know what i'm doing on  the 27th March 2066. (but i can't remember what i had for dinner last night )

Instead of having them all as 1 round why not break them down into areas. Thats what I do so its easier to see when the 2-3monthly jobs pop up a day or so away from from the main round due to rain or day off...

It is worth doing and you only need to do it the once. Then just fit in the new customers you get.

You don't need to move the adress all the way to the top and bottom m8. Just left click and hold, then just drag it up to the position you want it.

There is one on Microsft Works. the i'm using is just the normal one that comes with Windows Vista.
