High level windows
« on: April 05, 2008, 11:06:58 pm »
Hi,

This is my first post on the window cleaning forum.

We normally do domestic and office cleaning, but we have recently got a temporary contract cleaning the communal areas in a block of flats. In the flats are some windows that need cleaning and they are about 12 feet above ground level.

We have some steps, but they don't reach the highest parts, so I am looking for some sort of extendable mop that I can clean these windows with.

Anyone any ideas what I need and where I get them from?

Thanks - ALAN.

You just need an extendable pole, i use a decorators pole from b&q (as only need it once a month), a squeegee & an applicator. all in should cost about 35 quid from any trad' w/c'ing supplier.
www.cleantech.co.uk
www.wintecs.co.uk (free delivery over 30 quid with these)

Hope this helps.

I managed to find something at my local Argos that's exactly what I need and only cost £14.99. Trying it out tomorrow.
