Hi, We took our IPAF courses 6 months ago and have been asked to provide safe access for a large company on a regular basis.
What sort of prices/guidelines should I be looking at to charge them
Has any of you provided access for other Building Companies and how did you find it working with them.
Thanks Robbie

Come on guys/girls must be some of you that have had to provide high level access.
I was thinking around the £30 - £35.00 per hour . does this sound reasonable too high /low???
Thanks Robbie

Do you have to hire the equipment?

007- Yes we are hiring a machine for the work to be carried out on a regular basis so going through some sites for the best powered access machine for the job in hand.
Thanks Robbie

Price it at your required hourly/daily rate and then add on the cost of machine hire. Most cherry picker hire companies have a three day minimum hire and they will do a free site survey to ensure you get the correct machine. Ensure you get a total price from them as they can charge quite high for delivery and collection.

Thanks Zampawall been onto a few companies that are willing to do it cheaper as we are going to need powered access machines on a regualr basis (every 2 weeks or so)
looking longer term to buy our own machine to use and rent out to make it cheaper and reap the rewards.
Thanks Robbie
