Dropping a customer
« on: April 04, 2008, 07:19:33 pm »
Just had a phone call from a customer I cleaned yesterday to say that sorry she wasn't in and could I come down to collect the £6 outstanding. I told her not to worry and I would collect it next time. She then says if she is not in don't bother to clean in future.  ???

Should have known that she was going to be a problem when she asked me to clean for her and told me I would come to her every 3 months. Told her I would only clean every other month, and she agreed reluctantly.

So I am going to drop them because I don't want to be mucked around.
I will continue to do the flat below hers though, so she probably won't get another cleaner...

It's OK!   Squeaky will take her on for £4!
