I am in the business and have been for the past couple of years, mainly dealing with looking after holiday homes/second homes. Recently i have been asked to price up a weekly job of cleaning a communal wash room/toilet area in a caravan park. The job they are suggesting would be about 2hrs twice per week.
What is the going rate for communal areas? price per sq foot or by the amount involved?
Grateful for any advice.
