I'd like a program that I can have on a Palm/Blackberry device enabling me to input info and customers straight on to it rather than inputting it on my computer then transferring it to my mobile device.

Exactly my thoughts, I have emailed Window cleaning resources, they have been pretty good in the past at replying to emails so When I hear back I will let you know either here or on ACS.

it is made by them, as I was speaking to thew owner at windex nice guy, made me laugh watching someone in a suit window clean

p.s the program IMO is very good, I dont use it though but thats my opinion seeing it in action.
