« on: December 16, 2004, 08:45:40 pm »

My current supplier/engineers charge £23 per hour but alwas seem too busy and repairs can take a couple of weeks sometimes.

Bob, from reading your post , i get the feeling that your having a little whine about the £23 per hr your where been charged for repairs  :-\ :-\
now how many times have we all read , and quoted on here, that you pay for what you get ? Im guessing that 90% on here , would not be accepting £23per hr for there work . My point . whats the difference?  a capable and proberbly,
 trained engineer or a  c.c.  :-\

HI Geoff im quite happy to pay the £23 per hour, its just everytime i need something doing even in an emergency it takes along time and when they do do it suddenly other things are found then the bill rises.
i just get the impression im being charged more than i should
ie 5 hours work for something that might have only took 1.
