I started working before and after shifts at a warehouse - I have said before that poverty is a real incentive to get of your a*se and I stopped believing that someone was going to come along and bail me out.

I have been in window cleaning for 7 years and have just sold a 600 strong reidential & small commercial window cleaning round that was an absolute jewel, compact, well priced and very loyal. The last seven years has shown me that nothing is unattainable with the right mentality, determination and work ethic.

I am a perfectionist, with a little bit of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, I have an exceptionally high set of standards and I have seen and taken opportunities when they have presented themselves.

Last year I got the golden call to offer our services to one of the top 3 supermarkets, on their refurbishment programme, This meant running to catch up, real and massive stresses and a whole heap of outlay on new equipment,

I never caught up last year till December 31st 2007, got paid for two jobs and put my finances back in order, This step is really not for everyone it is the creme of work but it costs physically & mentally.

Got married in April last year and then spent till the end of November working at various locations around the country.

I have spent the winter investing in new revenue opportunities, drain jetting, chewing gum removal, abrasive cleaning & a gold plating set up.

I have three vans that I own outright, more kit than you can throw a stick at and will go into our work with the supermarket with capital in the bank.

I work hard to "wrap" my services very tightly round my customers, I make them need me and I make the end product so much better than the competitions that we stick out like a sore thumb

Called down to Wembley last week on a supermarket clean and when we had done we had people asking for business cards all over site.

If I see that someone has an angle that we don't and it looks to be working then I want to meet the people responsible and find out how, what & why they do it that way and then if it looks right we put it into application.

I like the cut and thrust of business and am looking forward to gaining revenue streams from our recent purchases.

Call today can you be in Colchester tomorrow - me - yes no problem ( I live near to Stoke on Trent), nothing at this level is too much, my client expects and that is what they get. They pay the bills and if they want me on site for 30 hours then that is what they get = as a by product I earn exceptionally high, but also have relatively high running costs.

I haven't arrived and there is still much to do but do it I will. What I have posted now and previously is not to say look at me, look how great I am - it is done to show that someone that has been where you are and everywhere getting to that point, is no better or brighter than the next man but if I can do it with no qualifications apart from my Powered Access License then there is absolutely no reason why anyone cannot achieve.

Anyone is welcome to call and see us at work - give me a call on my mobile - 07919 425664 ask for advice, see how we do what we do. We are in Colchester this week and next and then I don't know. I want to help others but I also offer a consultancy service so some of the information I have is too valuable to just give away.

good luck to you all
