I would advise using the trial version of GEORGE until your round is big enough to justify buying it.  You will save so much time it will definately be worth it.

I know you asked for 'page setups' but I think that George is free for 3 months as a trial version....why not give it a go....I do not think you'll be dissapointed...

Cheers

Your best bet is get the free trial version of george but if you don't want to do that here is a link for a roundbook put up by David Salkeld.

 for a simple solution
start your customers on small cards from W H Smiths ,with a customer number and all their  details on the back
Each time you clean them write the date that they were cleaned on the front of the card and weather they paid or not , when the bill you left comes back with their payment mark the card as paid
simple and cheap
I have been running this system for years and no problems

Bernlyn,

I can't stress enough that you should do what Paul & Pingu have suggested & use George.
It's free for a while, and you will love it  ;D ....... as I love it.... ;D

Why don't you use microsoft excel spreed sheet and devise seet 1 as week 1,sheet 2 as week 2, sheet 3 as week 3, and sheet 4 as week 4. Put address in coloum 1 price in 2, cash or chq in 3, to pay in 4, next time clean in 5 (2mthy), Tel no 6 and name in 7th coloum....

works for me  ;D
