new van - new staff - new work
« on: February 14, 2008, 11:18:25 pm »
ok guys and girls.  we've decided to try and build our business some more.

1 - what is the best way to build up work you have found.  we have always canvasses but its bloomin hard work.

2 - would you trust staff to go out on their own without ripping you off?  we have sent our existing staff out to work together a few times but they have worked to us for a number of years (it didn't work out anyway as they hate each other and I just can't work with my son!!)

thanks in advance
I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!

I have a great relationship with my son!!

I just can't work with him, he whistles all day long, has the stereo blasting in the van and besides I spend a lot of time with him outside of work.
