Builders cleans

I run a commercial and residential cleaning company in Berkshire. I am looking to expand, particularly into Builders cleans.  Does anyone have any advice or available work / contracts? Many thanks

Done 'n' Dusted,

I have just got into builders cleans. The way I went about it was to send out letters to all the builders within my local area and then follow up with a phone call a few weeks later.

Hope this helps.

thanx Kim.....I have had a few enquiries since I posted, but most seem to want the work doing within the next week, which at the moment I don't have the resources to carry out work that quickly.

hi there,

the reason that work is stacking up this week and and next week, is that most developers are at their quarter end,  and everybody is trying to nhbc, and cml so that moves will happen on the 17th december.

if you can get in now, then you will score brownie points by the bag full.  this time of the year tends to sort the professionals from the rest.

we were on site till 8.00pm friday and then till midday on saturday.  and will be working right the way through, some pretty long hours.  I'm even on site myself all week, and indeed spent 3 hours on a cherry picker today.

any other help

regards

martin
