Lost job on price.
« on: February 05, 2008, 03:54:07 pm »
Well, I lost my first job since I have been in England.  In 3 years I suppose thats not too bad.

Odd thing is that I lost out on price.  I hadn't charged enough and therefore the client felt that I couldn't know what I was doing.

Funny old world.

I thought I would post this as most on here think I charge too much.

Maybe I need to increase my pricing again?

Best, Dave.

Dave, as you have only lost 1 job in 3 years, you should put your prices up. ;D

Amazing people customers are.

Mike, I dont know but I would like to find out and meet him or her.

They must be doing something right and it would be nice to  learn from them.

If I find out I will let you know, maybe it was someone from Fast Track?

Best, Dave.

P. S.  Pete, maybe so.   I am hoping to be allowed to plead my case.  I will keep you informed.
