A few thoughts

It's always the poor lad who's on minimum wage who gets it in the neck. Not the bosses who take the profit home.

All that wasted time he could of done a good job for a good price, legally.

I actually have not got too much time for people who are that daft.

they could be phoning a premium rate number that the cleaning firm just happens to own!

id just love to now if she had gone for higher price, would they have done  a better job. i think not
but all said she was only willing to pay the low price, 36dollars
£18 for 5 rooms, £3.60 a room, the lady needs  a brain transplant,
these people deserve to be ripped of, thinkin they can get carpet cleaned for that price.
