I'm in the same earnings area as you for this past week Andy.  My only full day off was Tuesday.  I've had a couple of OKish days and a couple of very short ones too.  Ironically, my best earning day was when I didn't start till 11.15 as I was having a tooth pulled out in the morning.

The rain didn't affect my takings at all, I just keep plodding on. The more people tell me that 'you can't clean windows in the rain' the more determined I get to show them that I can!!

That's exactly what i've done this week mate. I think the days of waiting for the weather to cheer up so i feel a bit better about myself knockin on someone's door have long gone now. If we don't work in this weather,we go down. If we go down,they lose cleaner. Simple really

I've worked today and am doing a commercial job tomorrow as well but the above is just the Mon - Fri figure.  Friday could have been a lot better but I fell asleep watching daytime TV.  When I woke up it was dry.  It might have been like that a while so I probably lost an hour or two there.
I don't normally post figures on here but even though I will work up to moderate rain, I just wanted to give some idea of how much my work was interrupted due to excessive rain/wind.  I know it's turnover rather than profit, but even so, a lot of people wouldn't be able to earn that per week in their regular jobs.  Makes me realise how fortunate I am to have chosen w/c as my chosen profession.
