Hi Gary
On measurements alone (approximately 2500 square metres according to your figures) I would estimate week for two guys, would charge about £3k.
Of course, this is JUST on area needing cleaning and photos would give better idea.
Cheers

Andy thanks for that
Rob thats food for thought
I want to try this sort of work as an add on to existing clients. i.e. cladding, gutters, fascia & footpathsv etc.
Got small honda at moment, but, have thought of hot water one, looked at whale trailer mount but to expensive at moment. Do new build & trying to get sites aswell.

Hi Gary
Good luck with that mate.
I am just down the road (I'm in Stafford) so if you need anything, let me know (including subbing the work out
) but seriously, its a hard graft to start off with so don't hesitate to contact me if you need anything.

Gary
Just bid and won my fifth pressure washer, on ebay Honda 11hp Gerni petrol - got it for £230.00. I will be putting a turbo nozzle on it and it should clean most things.
You wont need to use hot water for most surfaces.
We have done Hundreds of thousands of metres of pressure washing in the last twelve months and in all that time we have never used hot water.
Have we suffered - I don't think so - the stuff that came clean - came really clean and any other bits we have done that didn't clean up as well as I would have liked got finished off with a bit of elbow grease and chemicals.

The supplier is Britclean at
www.britclean.co.uk
I don't know if he will do them at that price for anyone - we buy our hoses etc from there and all our pressure washers are serviced and maintained there.
