Possible R O Unit Problem
« on: December 12, 2007, 06:37:46 am »

Just wondered if any of you members have this happen.I have a 300 gpd RO unit
For making my pure water. For awhile now, especially early am when I switch on
My pump to start, the pump just `juggers` and `stutters`.Sometimes it`s just perhaps
3 or 4 seconds,sometimes longer.This morning has been the longest.I`ve been trying
To get started since 5am,and it`s just now started to work. It`s now 6.30pm.I do have
Good water pressure around where I live.Could that do you ya think have anything
To do with it? It very rarely happens during the day. Thanks in advance for replies.

It`s TGI Pure Water Systems made in the USA.All my other `info` on it is
Filed away somewhere.I thought myself it might be the cold although this
Morning early on it was`nt too bad I thought.Been switching on and off during
The day and works fine.Mr H,what do I do to make it work without it being
Pump assisted? Thanks.

Could be that Air has got into the system, once cleared it will work again fine, but be carefull that it clears soon otherwise pump could overheat.
