Cheeky git
« on: December 18, 2007, 08:06:46 pm »
Was working today and got to the end of the day. I was near a customer I hadn't done so I went to tell her I'd be back tomorrow and I hadn't forgotten her. She said "Oh someone did them last week. I asked him where his pole was and he said his mate was up the road." She assumed he was working for me and paid him. She was very annoyed and embarassed and asked me to please come back next month and if she saw this chancer she'd chase him. It's seems such a silly thing to do. How does he know he'll get paid and how much? There is plenty of work here and I would have pointed him in the direction of lots of houses that want doing. But what pes me off a bit is that I have only cleaned this house once and took great care to get it right wfp first time and now it's been soaped again by him tradding it :( As it the season of good will to all (including eegits) I'll leave it for now :) But if I catch him at it, I may give him another couple of balls to hang on his tree ;)

Very cheeky if it was deliberate.

Is there any chance he could just have done the wrong house by accident? A mate of mine was asked to do a clean by an estate agent. You guessed - he cleaned the wrong house...
