job near woking- anyone interested
« on: November 10, 2007, 08:32:14 pm »
Knaphill
Woking
Surrey GU21 2DR

i've had a request for a shop floor clean..half carpet, half hard.
it'll be, quote to me, arrange with manager times and signed off on one of our forms. the request is for a hard floor clean, not strip and seal  and carpet cleaning.
proper insurance cover and professonalism ,goes without saying.
this is part of a developing national contract and for the
success contractor more work will follow.

please call jamie on 07816756375 / 01872552929 asap

Hi Jamie

What kind of hard floor is it. Will a simple bonnet clean do? Is the carpet ok for HWE?

the shop is about 120sq/m in total but there will be fittings that will half the floor area.
half is a wood affect hard plastic tile . cleans easy will a scub or bonnet, there is a small lino area which is  6mx1.5m. and the rest would be carpet
i reckon you've probably got around 50sq/m of hard floor and 40sq/m of carpet .
i've spoke to the store and they are happy for you to do it after hours and they will come back to lock up.

Hi Jamie

About an hour from me but I can do the job if its worth the journey and you haven't got anyone else yet.

1. Have you quoted a price?
2. Any timescale on the job? Apart from after hours.
3. High street shop I take it and not in some shopping centre?

I do carpets and hard floors (rotary), am fully insured and use a white unwritten van.

Scrap question 1, just see, "quote to me".

Hi Jamie

Paul is closer than me and for a  job like that its worth his while more than me.

I asked because I know Knaphill as used to do some jobs that way.

Good luck
