Spilt milk
« on: November 08, 2004, 08:58:23 pm »
Just had a call from guy who's spilt glass of milk on carpet I have explained the problems to him and have read other postings about this.

But what are the chances of sorting this without lifting the carpet If I act quickly.

Customer didnt like price to sort properly.

Any thoughts

You could try a couple of heavy applications of Microclean from Bio Productions it is the easiest, cheapest and quickest solution to the problem.  It might be best to extract with water first but be sure not to use any disinfectant or bactericidal treatments first and make the customer has not used these either.
