I have always helped out the competition in my area whoever they are passing work on or helping with chem or machinery  because you will never know when you want the favour back.

I once competed in a quote for a job with another cleaner and he got it :o and I ended up cleaning half of the job because his daughter became unwell and he had to go home, the suprise on the customers face when I turned up, but I did it for nothing as a favour, the cleaner passes me work on to this day because of that as he has gone on to pastures new.
