this is what a fellow cleaner said to a custy a few weeks ago giveing it large about how much training he as then started telling them about how he was one of the frist in the ncca then did this to the carpet what a fool



best of it was that its the same all the way round ive never seen them give all round the room nomaly just one wall !

hes not in the ncca just giveing it large about how good he thinks he is  :   

were going to try and refit the carpet next week for the old deer , its got some turn on it and we will have to use a power strecher so it may be ok as long as the carpet doesnt rip in half

It's an absolute disgrace what you guys in the North East do to your custmers carpets.   Is this the norm up there?

Jokes aside, it's a pretty poor show, a cleaner doing that and not offering to put it right, or replace it. and leaving the customer to have to call you,1stClean, do you advertise a fitting service?

because iam the worlds best carpet cleaner!
put an ad in local paper for over 2 years changed the w ording last week
phone call off paper , tony have you seen your new ad ? its fantastic!
havent had time i replied. foned me yesterday well whot do you think of it?

no we dont do fitting anymore as our fitter is a little old and finds too much hard work 

it came to us from my grand mother  and when the old man found out this lovley old lady had been ripped off big time ( shes 87 ) he said he would do it    as long as hubby helped so shes getting it done on the house as well !!! we wont be takeing a penny from her ,

mine you they all go to a old peoples club so am gambleing on getting some work from there

and yes it a Belgian wilton im not going to name the company but hes been in the came over 17 years ! you think he would know better

And another thing, to me you're all southern jessies, I'm probably the furthest north (in England) of any carpet cleaner (of repute anyway)

As for 1st Clean in Cleveland, that's somewhere near Watford Gap isn't it!!!
