Do the guys who use van mounted Wfp also have backpacks and or trolleys as well?

Have a van-mount and a back-pack for the occassional job....would'nt be without it...just one of the tools required to do work that merits it.

Backpack, electric trolley and van mount. trolley used 70%, backpack 20% Van mount 10%

So if I invested in a backpack it wouldnt become redundant if I was to convert entirely over to Wfp ?

In other words it wouldnt be a waste of money as Id most likely continue to use it even if I went down the Wfp route?

For me its Van Mount = 85% Backpack = 10% Trad = 5%

Van mount for me and am tracking the backpack coming from America to me, it's just left Los Angeles heading for UK.
Backpack will be used for 10 jobs at most but will save me loads of time doing these awkward access ones.

I dont think you would be wasting your money getting one and is a good start into wfp

the topic headline do you mean, if so they look great  .

if it's a backpack I am getting up just to trst it out if it works thren great if it does not work then at least I myself know the facts a couple of hundred quid that has the potential to save you ££££'s in lost work time has got to be worth trying is it not?

Backpack and backpack on a trolley. Modified the second one so the switch is external. Use it on pavements or when I don't have to move much (conservatory eg). Saves carrying a backpack all day. Ebay £120 from US. An ideal way to get into wfp. You won't regret the change if you go there.

Yes its being considered as a way of exploring Wfp, with a view to moving over customers. Not sure bout the whole round, but Im sure a few cleaners weren't too sure about ALL thier customers and properties being entirely suitable for a ny number of reasons.

In the last couple of days Ive taken on two reasonably sized leaded windows jobs. I did the biggest yesterday and will do the second one today, but it seems an awful lot of work doing it trad, now I was thinking 'them blokes on CIU reckon a lot to that  long hose-pipe sweepin brush malarky    and my arms is achin from all this buffin'
So if I was to invest in a trolley system or back-pack I could try it out, explain to the new custys about this new fangled device  and tak eit from there, make my own decision from there.

I think you've got to change your work.  I used to have quite a few of those jobs; over garages; and they're a real pain to do WFP, since you need a ladder with you for access; it just doesn't work.
