FLEA BITES!
« on: October 29, 2004, 06:44:06 am »
Anyone else out there get bitten by animal fleas in peoples carpets? I did until I started taking a vitamin B1 tablet everyday...now I'm not so tasty!!

The other alternative is garlic tablets but not the odourless type.

I found the problem to be worse in posh houses! These people seem to think their animals are immune. The result actually is more fleas per sq M ;D

Oh yes, but it doesn't stop them having a nibble while you're there does it. Especially surveying.

Yes !  I have been bitten many times on the lower legs, but never notice till later, so difficult to know when or where it happened.

Just an occupational hazard I'm afraid !
