Steve do you mean holding them in the van?
I have 2 shoe holders that have 12 pockets in each.
I have one on each of the back doors in my van.
Use them for holding hand tools, brushes, over shoes, cloths, etc.
You can buy themfrom the pound shops

If you mean the metal clips for holding carpet brushes etc then I think you can get them at B&Q. They have a big section with various hardware bits and bobs. Screw them to a wooden batten first then its easier to fix the batten to the van roof trusses rather than fidly clips.
