Make sure you use the non-caustic TFR and dilute it 1:20
I always spray on to the cladding and leave for 5-10 mins
(depends how dirty it is)
Then just use your pole give it a scrub and a good rinse
(I keep a couple of brushes purely for cladding/fascias/etc.)
Should come up like new!!
Good earners too -if you price it right ;D ;D

I use a sill brush its quite heavy compared to normal brushes
but I find it great for this type of work.

As a guide I always have to look at how difficult the job is- which obviously translates into how much time the job takes.
A very straightforward house with four straight sides
I would charge min.£100 to clean upvc fascia/soffit/gutters.
The more work involved the more the price rises.
i.e. Side apex/over conservatory roof/etc
I also charge extra for clearing out gutters.

dose anyone had a sort of streaking effect when useing TFR on pvc or van?
i use non-caustic.
Is it not diluted enough or left on to long?
any help it seems to dry ok though.

also dose it get rid of the marks on caravans?

thanks joe

How do you spray/apply TFR on guttering and PVC from the ground? If using a brush do you just dip it in a bucket. Has anyone used Ubic (i think thats it's name), we used it on a roof recently and it worked very well.

Thanks Rob

iv got a pressure bottle thingy(sorry know wot its called) just pump away untill there is a eough pressure and it flies, but for high cladding i would prob get a ladder for excess and use the spray instead of the jet.
