This is something i havnt done for years and to be honest i hate it

i did a bit of leafleting last week and got nothing from it and as i need to get some better paying work or larger jobs so that i can work smarter as the saying goes i bit the bullet and did some door knocking
only did four a large country house two b&b s and a hotel ...result got the country house at £50 and the hotel is a maybe(hope i get that one as its a full days work)

So door knocking has got to be the best way of canvassing
going to do more canvassing so i can drop off the lower end work can see that if things go that way i can earn the £50 ph that others claim to be earning the work is out there just have to find it

That might be harder in scotland than in the south east. Though house prices were a fraction of what they are down here when I was last in your neck of the woods, so maybe there's more disposable income knocking around.....

Agreed but i have proved it is possible as the one i got was that impressed with price he wants it done 4 weekly and with experience i know the job will take less than an hour and their are plenty more houses in this area of a similar size if you know where to look travelling time is the problem here on my way though to an easier working life
