Think of the market you want to reach, think about what they would like and come up with an idea in your own mind. You'll get something closer to what you need and pay someone alot less to paint it for you.

Try searching for someone on here:

http://www.elance.com/

The good thing about elance is that you can effectively choose your own price then search for someone to do the work!

I am not a graphic designer but I studied graphic design at college (Photoshop & Illustrator,) and have designed several logos and websites and many other things. You'll probably want a vector image that can be rescaled to any size without loss of quality so you can blow it up to the size needed to put it on the side of a van for example. I recommend you just get some university design student to do it for you for £25, I ended up subbing all my graphics work to such people as they were very cheap and in general better at it than me.

There are some websites where you can post an overview of what you are looking for and what you are willing to pay and then a bunch of students will compete against each other to provide the best design - you pay for the one that you like the most.

If you don't get sorted I could probably knock you one up.
