Hydramaster, there customer service is spot on I bought a drimaster handtool off them a couple of months ago . I broke it on the first day being too heavey handed with the water control valve, No messing next day a brand new one turned up    Any other supplier would have said tuff s--t you broke it

both are great machines from great companies, go for the better spec and closest company.

you can look at both website and see what each offers.

Hi Phil,

Definately consider supplier or service centre closest to you.

Just bought a chem-tex, fitted by woodbridge which is superb!

Both hydramaster & prochem are good reputable companies, dealt with both before and they are excellent!

Hope thos helps,

Jason.

Hi Mitch

When you've gathered opinions from here, as you're looking at a significant capital purchase, ask for a demo of both. You'll need to consider things like noise, serviceability and access to components, perhaps the weight of the COMPLETE system installed on your van etc. etc.

If you're looking at previously owned, if you're quick enough, Dave Roelents has a 421 for sale and it is immaculate, converted to twin wanding, and has, I believe, an LPG option should you want it.

Good luck

Safe and happy cleaning :)
