that does surprise me. Thought it was gonna be all that endless soft buffing. Think I'll do that course.

Have a look at your email by midday tomorrow. May have something from same source as last.

Yes I know. I was in Lads watching it. went to challenge and just lost its legs. May be the ground was a bit too much for it.

I am interested in marble as well, just done some carpets in the City and was asked if we did marble as well. It wasnt a big area 4m x 6m would have been nice to start on something that size.

Saw on News 24 today  that hard floors are the way to go to make your house Flood Proof

I simply typed in "marble restoration " and the search engines did the rest..............found another yesterday who are London based and look very good...............Posh floors !

Ian, not so sure about " hard floors " being the best bet for Flood Prone areas unless they are Tile on Concrete.

I would have thought the best bet would be " no living space below possible flood levels " this can be determined from previous records, adding a couple of feet, for safety.

If I were an insurance Risk Assessor, that would appeal to me.

1 month later and Meadowhalls shopping malls are still showing damp although not slippery, I did try to slip and claim but couldn't make a slide!
