Hi mate, i got mine last year and to be honest so far so good cannot fault it for the price, could of paid 2 maybe 3 times as much for the same spec, but different brand and to be honest they all have very similar components. What i would say though is the after care aint the best.

Have you seen the Mytee Speedsters for sale on ebay at £1900 inc Vat. THey are similar to the Rhino with a great spec. Lots on here use them and rate them.

Got my 500psi Rhino 4-5 months ago (ex-demo), had a Ninja 135 psi before this and the difference in performance is quite considerable I have found. Powerful but light enough to pull upstairs and provides generous enough heat.

Having said that, since I've had it the heater element has gone on it but after speaking to Vernon he sent me a new one which was easy enough to replace, and just recently have found the vacuums blocking unless I remove the ball cage in the waste tank, which means continuosly having to check the waste water isn't too full, and when it does work with the ball cage in place water starts p*ssing out of the exhaust pipe at the bottom of the machine.
Anyone else experienced this problem?
Trying to speak to Vernon but he's away at the moment.

Thanks
Paul

Paul could you do me a huge favour and actually test what psi is coming out of the wand. I too have the 500 psi rhino but get just over 200 psi coming out max but im sure it has been regulated to prolong the life of the pump. Everybody who i have found that owns one of these machines i have asked the same question but yet no one else seems to of tested it? I just want to know if someone has one of these and theres is kicking out 500 or just under then i want to know why mine isnt? ???
Somebody pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
regards
matt

Would love to help Matt..................but how?
As you know yourself no pressure gauge fitted on them.
At a guess and going by my previous Ninja 135psi it is certainly putting out at a lot more than 200 as you say your one is.
Have you fitted your own pressure gauge to yours?

If I had to buy a portable I would be a Speedster from Cleansmart, they have loads of heat, reliable and you'll buy it from a decent bloke.

just do a search and you'll get their web site.

PS sorry Mr Boxxall don't mean to hijack this forum

Hi Paul,
What i did was aquire a gauge, a t connector m and f connectors from my local pirtec told them what i wanted it for they bolted it together for me pretty simple really, paid about £60 mind you just to find out that the machine i purchased was not as powerful as it should be. Im 99 % positive that it has a 500 psi pump init cause it looks just like the one on there site and it is huge but im sure they regulated it when it was made. Apparently vernon told me if i was to get a different spring to go in the adjuster control it would increase the pressure but i was never sent one as he said he would do.
As i have said before though it still has enough power to work with its just i could be getting more out of what i have got if it was not restricted as so to speak.
I would like someone else to test theres though so i know i havent been sold something which doesn't perform as it should.
I know the mytee speedster has a 500 psi pump in them but they restrict them to 450 psi to prolong the life of there pumps as its not a good idea to run your pumps at max levels all the time, but 450psi is abit different to 200psi.

You can have 2 machines with 500psi but if 1 has double the flow rate you will get completely different results. Bottom line, psi by itself means nothing, don't be fooled... (that is why truckmounts and certain portables are in a different league)
