i have decided to expand my cleaning into host carpet cleaning and would appreciate some answers to some obvious customer questions please guys.basically if a customer asks how does it compare to hot water extraction cleaning and how do you deal with spots/stains etc.i am sure one of you uses this sytem all the time so any suggestions etc would be appreciated as my girlfriend will be working with me on this side of the business. cheers Alan Turner

thanks for that Ian all i need to do is change my memory from plughole to sponge and get going with it.any other tips etc greatly appreciated.
