simon, I have read your other thread and I think you may be not understanding the vat threshold, I may be wrong, it is Friday afternoon and I have had a long, long week, so don't jump on me if I have this wrong ;The vat threshold is somewhere around 61k now (been so long since we registered :))If you achieve or go over that threshold whether you employ or sub out you have to register as the initial income is in to your business. eg It is what you bring in before you pay out anything. Just because you don't employ staff on the books doesn't make you exempt from vat. Also I think you may be surprised just how many WC's are registered ;)

Rain water....thankyou. you hit you best day yet! well done. when you hit the next level it will feel even better, when you take on staff.....have a good long hard think about it, believe me, even with good ones it can be frustrating to say the least!
Now huummm, who mentioned franchising....... I know you and I could set up our own franchise business ;D ;D ;D ;D now that should start another thread, another debate, another time. JOKING!!!!!!!!!!
