Where on earth can I get connectors like the ones pictured below?
I tried loads of my local shops but no joy.

The bottom pic shows my temporary fix. I wrapped the wire around the terminal

HALFORDS do them

they are called "quick realese battery clamps"

they allso do some nice " croc clip type" which i prefere

Q. why have you clamped the wire on like that ??
if you undo the screws completely & turn the bottom plate over and screw it back together you will find its a better fit

I tried halfords tonight. They just have that big ugly brass type ones with bolts

They had croc clips but the were huge.

I'd have thought so, not as cheap as crocodile clips though at a pound a throw from my local  motor spares shop. I could'nt find them in my local halfords either but I'm sure theyre worth a tenner.

they deffo have them in my halfords, quick realese clamps, i picked up a set about 2 weeks ago for the campervan, but the Q to pay was massive so i put them down ( and got told off by my 4yr old about not putting them back where they should be )

your right except its a HER she is awfully " good at times " sometimes it scares me, on my day at home ( when my wife works ) she sometimes dusts the table and TV bless her

matthew i just bought a sett of 4 like them for 99p
medium size from my local pound shop 2 weeks ago,
if you want i will see if they have any more of them,
and send them up to you
