A lot of my customers had a new window cleaners fliyer put through there door today .It says ALL WEATHER WIN DOW CLEANERS

WE PROMISE TO CLEAN YOUR WINDOWS ON THE DAY THAT HAS BEEN ARRANGED REGARDLESS OF WEATHER CONDITIONS.

IF FOR ANY REASON WE CANNOT CLEAN YOUR WINDOWS ON THE ARRANGED DAY WE WILL RE SCHEDULE AND DO THE WORK FOR 25 % LESS
 GUARANTEED.

PRICE IS £4 PER HOUSE £3 PER FLAT GROUND AND FIRST FLOOR ONLY
          MONTHLY.

AND  MINIMAL FUSS AND MAXIMUM CLEANING WE USE REACH AND WASH LADDERLESS SYSTEM.

I must be doing something wrong because most of the houses in question are 3 bed semi ,3,4 bed detatched and my price range from £10 to £15.and some even 5 bed . my work is also done with the pole . Am i reading this wrong as it looks as if i could get them to clean my houses for me and i dont have to make any pure water nor get out of bed to make a good profit.

I would refer your customers to this forum, acquainting them with realistic prices that you know professional w/c's charge. Also are these people insured? What is there reputation? If you've been around for some time, people will trust you.
Also most see through something that seems too good to be true.

See my post on May 19 'You usually get what you pay for.'

I am not bothered about losing any of my customers ,and if their prices were simular to mine i would say it was fair competition ..But having such a low price like that well ,and what about the 25% discount That means they would have to do a house for £3 .i dont know if anyone on here actually cleans a detached for £3 .
