I'm worth a fortune!
« on: June 01, 2007, 07:35:17 pm »
Isaw de-ionised water in my local supermarket at near enough a pound a litre...... that means that I'm carrying £650 worth of water first thing in the morning and have a £1000 of water tucked away in my garage! Sod the window cleaning lets start shifting 1650 litres of battery/iron/aquarium water a day instead and all become millionares by Christmas!

Like I said, you are always learning something new each day. Although, I would point out that if knowing about fish tanks was part of my business then of course I would know, I mean, come on, as if !!!

people use ro water for tropical fish but they need to use an ro adjuster to alter the tds level to that of the natural habitat of the fish - it needs to be the right composition too.  Along with that they usually need to use a pH regualtor.
