Hi Dave,

Looks smart but page 4 (upholstery) does not open.

Also the phrase "Carpet and Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Specialists"  is a little awkward.

Loosing one of the 'and's would tidy it up but some readers may think "but my upholstery is fabric".  Perhaps substituting the word 'curtain' might make sense?

Hi Dave,

Two constructive comments.

It's a nice looking site but apart from your name it could be one of many.

It's too technical , hp 's may turn you on but they're not going to do much for someone looking for carpet cleaning.

Cheers,

Doug

p.s put a link a the bottom of your profile so we can navigate easier

Dave, your site is generally good, but as Doug has said, the public don't care how many bells and whistles your machine has. Accentuate benefits to your customer, not the features of your system, no matter how great you think they are.

Portable, TM, bonnet....whatever...the customer, generally couldn't give the proverbial rat's about the way you clean...they are after results.

Perhaps a bit of info about yourself and a photo of you and family would also benefit.

Cheers,

Jim

PS...a small typo..."clothes" not "cloths"

Just looked at it today, I'd be interested to know if you have you got much work from it?

Have you an enhanced listing on Yell.com?

Did you do the whole web site yourself? Well done.

I was impressed but do not like web sites where you have to download other programmes ie I was told I would have to download Java Script or somthing.

Where did you get line drawing need a graphic like that for van.

web sites are great,  you need to make sure that you are featured in the search engine results, as you need exposure.

thats where it might be worth sitting down and reading the search engine blurb, all to do with metatags,  i think.

Java is a programming language that is specifically designed for writing programs  Using small Java programs (called "Applets"), Web pages can include functions such as animations, calculators, and other fancy tricks such as scrolling text, like you have.

Most newer computer's are able to read it but some older ones will need to download the scipt to read it.

Nothing to worry about, lose the scrolling text if you are.
