Hello
I have just started cleaning some offices and workshop canteen, the boss has asked if I can clean parts of the carpet which have some patches of what looks like oil/grease. What do you recommend?

I have done many an oil patch with Hydramaster Blitz and grease breaker mixed together

craftex multisolve or champion ( cheaper alternative but very powerfull)

Restomate does them

If its a heavy isolated patch you may need a spotter dedicated to this type of mark, Woodbridge direct do a brilliant one called "paint oil and grease remover"

Be carefull if its a office carpet though that its not bitumen backed tiles else this will damage them!
