flushing ro

i have same problem as other guy  canged all membranes  ect first week tds is at zero second week goes up to five is this normal and should i flush ro , dont know  how to do that can some one explain secondly should i fit a di cannister  after ro  before it goes into ibc tank  to take out final inpurities
