Have been thinking of employing someone to take on jobs to help set up, then send them off  in the van to deliver flyers, then when I'm ready ring themm to come and get me, also to help load the van ;D.
Does anyone do this and what sort of money do you pay?

Even with a truckmount a second person comes in very handy, moving furniture, hoses, etc, pay them £6.50/hr (£48/day) and they will more than pay for themselves every day.

I can increase my turnover by 50%+ with a second person if doing larger jobs, and it makes the day easier.

I often leave them to it and go around the local area touting for new work.

I may loose my licence because I'm a diabetic and crashed because of low blood sugar so may get a 12 month ban, but don't really want to do any other job, so am just looking into my limited options. One answer gave me some help, the last one looks like my van after i had written it off.
