HI all
We have been asked by a management company to quote for a communal clean in a small block of flats just two 50 foot hallways and two flights of stairs just basic vacuuming dusting washing skirting boards etc. They want the walls to be spot cleaned every three months i don’t think a spot clean is sufficient would you charge more for this.how would you explain this in you quote also how would you go about charging for this any ideas would be appreciated.
