the double cab bit will be ideal to store my cart, and my barrels on the rear load bed :)

That looks excellent  8)

something different that stands out attracts peoples eye just like my little yellow van, it gets me noticed and gets me a lot more work ;)

That VW would look good with your name on it  8)

Watch the weight Matt - they are great for camping (obviously) but will wallow like a whale with too much on board!
It's a game of three halves!

them old VW's arn't very reliable are they? thought they had a problem with overheating, an old van like that wouldn't be reliable enough would it? probably lose a few days work here and there from when its conastantly in the garage.

Looks good though! 8)

not really a issue with overheating if the engine is maintaned

as with anything old, they do break down, VW made them so that the average non-mechanic could do alot of the work himself, but hey, as you said, it looks good ;) so thats good enough for me

what do you guys think?
for a gimmick i am going to fit a bubble machine to the back of both vans so when we go along there will be bubbles coming out of the back!
they are only a tenner each and thought it would be a good talking point and free advertising
