What is the load capacity for a vw like that?

its the same as the VW transporter, some going to be more than enough for me

see above, i will only be carrying 250 L at most, more than enough wieght for me
them old VW's arn't very reliable are they? thought they had a problem with overheating, an old van like that wouldn't be reliable enough would it? probably lose a few days work here and there from when its conastantly in the garage.

not really a issue with overheating if the engine is maintaned
as with anything old, they do break down, VW made them so that the average non-mechanic could do alot of the work himself, but hey, as you said, it looks good
so thats good enough for me
