Just worked out
« on: March 09, 2007, 05:44:10 pm »
I discovered that a loads of fairy in my hand pump sprayer, so that the water's green, works better than tfr on conservatory roofs.

I had a really bad one to do and left the tfr at home, I just used loads of fairy, sprayed it all over and the stuff came of with a quick wipe, I mean old bird poo marks, lichen and everything. Its cheaper too!

fairy is the only thing for the job. I always hav a bottle of fairy it is the dogs conkers.
Actually I usually have about six bottles, but all that may change, my wfp is due on monday.
fairy really does do a lot of washing up, if there was a fan club i would be in it, ;D

Hi Lawrencemvc,

Off topic a little but which WFP system did you go for. DIY or complete Supplier setup.

You will be ok with Andrew, I bought my 250ltr system off him Just before Christmas, its been working flat out since then.

I had a problem with my pump, phoned him up, and the next day I had a new one delivered and I just sent the old one back.

when you pick it up on monday, he'll spend an hour or so running through it with you.

thanks thats reassuring,we have two250ltr systems on the way. I have already got jobs lined up for them, and was a little concerned about delivery times. As it happens they are right on timeand the second one is even early. they have been very easy to deal with. will recomend them as and when I get a clean window

I ordered the first three weeks ago, and was quoted three weeks. The second was ordered last week and will arrive on the same truck. There was a problem with r/o units being late in but that was all. I need to buy batteries and water butts and probably some other stuff but I hope to be using both units by thursday. What do you think the chances are?
