There has been a good bit of talk in the US about battery powered pumps not having sufficient power and guys looking for small gas powered pumps.

Any thoughts or recomendations on this?

You must mean petrol.I've seen a pressure washer like this, but can't see any wfp applications, plus we are hot on H&S over here.

So nobody in the UK is having issues with the 100ps shurflo pumps being enough pump to supply a pole?

you shouldn't have, 100psi translates to 200ft of lift so a 60ft pole should be no problemo.

Carrying petrol (gas) in the back of a vehicle.(and a confined space where people breath the fumes and may smoke)
Possibly Using petrol in public areas without segregration.
Perhaps there aren't any I'm just guessing.
