I do not have anything to do with the fulfilling and shipping of orders. If you just ordered pre-filters, these will have been sent by Royal Mail First Class. From the header of your email to me, I notice that you received an email stating that your order has been shipped, so I am presuming that as long as Royal Mail do not mess up, you will have your order today.
