People aren't carpet cleaners they bought the items because they liked them, I had a gent say the same things to me a few years ago, lived as it happened across the valley. He didn't know what to ask for and was a bit shy/tongue twisted so I went out to see him. First job £140.00 then he had a bit more done, then I cleaned his 2 sisters homes and then his daughter's lounge, I think I got about £600 and they have had it done again over the years quite a few times.

If you are patient you can make these people into good customers with the use of a symapthetic ear.
