Its bring the gear in from the cold weather
« on: February 05, 2007, 08:00:35 pm »
The only reason i hate the frosty nights like the ones forecast for this week is that the porty, scrubba and hoses have to come in from the cold. I  used to leave them out but funnily enough i was getting cracked brass couplings and everything frozen lol

Just recently moved house.  In my previous house the boiler was in the utility room so I brought all equipment inside. however it's now in the garage and atm comes on twice during the wee hours. Would this be enough to keep temp just above freezing or am I still better to bring equipment inside?

Best rgds

Will Test the Garage, Just get a glass of water put it in their in see what happens.

Buy a cheap oil heater and put it in the garage, that will keep it above freezing.

Buy one of those electronic weather station things, with the remote thermometer.

You can then see the temperature in your van from your bedside!
