new to cleaning

Hi im new to cleaning ive recently been doing property repairs and have been asked to clean a few of my regulars windows. which i dont mind I wash and sguegge which seems ok but leaves a few marks. the question is what are scrims for and whats polishing thanks mark,,,,,,

scrims are what you use to mop up the little marks you leave on the window basically, which is called detailing. a scrim is a high absorbant cloth that you use to wipe the sides and top of the window pain after you have squeegeed it.
A microfibre is basically the same thing, just an updated model.
