What's the best brush... Is it a Tucker?
« on: February 05, 2007, 09:01:18 pm »
I know we've had loads of posts regarding this, but I can't find anything I want.

I'm after a mono-filiment brush (so I guess a Vikan is out of the question) and quite fancy a Tucker brush; after reading good things about them here.

But I can't find out where to buy one.  I can find the Tucker website; but not a distributer.

I'm not worried about cost, or whether it's jetted or pencil jetted; just quality.

What do you reckon is the best?

You wouldn't have a link, would you?

I've just looked at Gardiner's Pole systems:

http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/shop.html

and can't find it there.

Don't fancy the short working life of the superlite brush either...

I'm tempted!

Hi Tosh.

My Tucker brushes are 15 months old now & you would never know it, they still look new. I know some other Wfpers & they cant believe it when i say how old they are.

Your have to order from Tucker Pole to get there brush heads, as they are classed as the best. Omnipole do a double trim one (all most the same)

or it might be cheaper to import them, with the stong pound at the mo

I honestly told everyone for years that Tucker had the best brush- dual trim, and range of brushes. But the dual trim wont splay like a simple Addis- for domestic only.
If you diy you can adapt a dual trim to fit.
